The Coresee Transmitter plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro lets you send video directly from Premiere into a Coresee room or event without a separate capture card or virtual camera. On Mac, the plugin depends on macOS’s screen recording permission system — if that permission isn’t granted to Premiere, some capture options won’t be available.

What the plugin can capture

When permissions are set up correctly, the Transmitter plugin offers three types of input from Premiere:
  • Fullscreen of the app — captures the entire Premiere Pro application window.
  • Playback — captures just the Program Monitor / playback output.
  • Any undocked panel — captures an individual panel (e.g. a floating Program Monitor) that you’ve undocked from the main Premiere window.

Only seeing “Playback” as an input option?

If the plugin’s input source list only shows Playback and neither the fullscreen app view nor any undocked panels appear, this means Premiere doesn’t have the macOS permission it needs to capture the rest of the screen.

Fixing it: grant screen recording access

Restoring full capture options takes a few steps in macOS System Settings.

Open the Apple menu

Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the Mac menu bar.

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording

This is where macOS lists every app that has requested permission to capture the screen.

Make sure Adobe Premiere Pro's toggle is ON

Find Premiere Pro in the list. If the toggle is off, switch it on.

Restart Premiere Pro

macOS only applies a new screen recording permission after the app fully quits and reopens. Quit Premiere Pro completely (not just close the window) and launch it again.
If Fullscreen and any undocked panels are now listed alongside Playback, the permission has been applied correctly and you can select whichever input best fits your workflow.
