Found on the Configuration Page, Event Links gives you three ready-made links for your event. Copy whichever one fits and send it out — by email, on social media, in a calendar invite, wherever your attendees will see it.

Full Event Page

The complete experience — your branding, the live stream, and chat, all together. This is the link most attendees will use, and the simplest option if you’re sharing directly rather than embedding.

Stream Only

A standalone link to just the video stream, without chat. Useful for embedding the stream on a page without needing the full event experience.

Chat Only

A standalone link to just the chat panel — handy if you want to embed the stream and chat separately, for example on different pages.
Which link should you use? If you’re sending attendees a link directly — in an email, a calendar invite, a social post — use Full Event Page. If you’re embedding your event inside your own website instead, see Embedding your event below; you can also use Stream Only and Chat Only there if you want the video and chat to live in separate parts of your page.

Embed your Event

Embed your event directly on any webpage using an iframe. Two versions are available, depending on whether you want attendees to fill out the Virtual Lobby form themselves.

Standard embed

This embeds the full event experience and allows attendees to enter fullscreen. Replace <EVENT-ID> with your event’s ID.

Embed with pre-filled attendee details

If you already know an attendee’s name, email, and passcode — for example, when embedding inside an authenticated portal — you can pass them directly in the URL. This bypasses the Virtual Lobby form entirely and takes the attendee straight into the event.
  • <EVENT-ID> — your event’s unique ID.
  • <NAME> — the attendee’s name.
  • <EMAIL> — the attendee’s email.
  • <PASSCODE> — the event’s passcode, if one is set.
Only use the pre-filled version where you’re confident about who’s viewing the page — anyone who loads that link will enter the event as the name and email in the URL.
