As the host or co-host, you can present content from the Files tab directly to all participants in the room. Presenting is only available during an active session.

Present by drag-and-drop

Open the Files tab and locate the file you want to present

Click and hold the file, then drag it into the room view, over the participant area.

Release the file and confirm with Let's Go.

Once confirmed, the file is presented to all participants immediately

Present from the Menu

Right-click any file in the browser and select Present to present it without dragging.
