# Coresee Help Center
Coresee gives every conversation a permanent home — files, recordings, and settings stay put between sessions — and gives every broadcast a stage built to hold a crowd.

## **Coresee Rooms**
A Coresee room is a persistent workspace for video collaboration.
Unlike a call link that disappears after use, a room stays on your account indefinitely, holding its files, recordings, participants, and settings between sessions. You configure a room once and reuse it with the same people and the same media.
### **What's inside a room?**
Upload, organize, and present files. Media persists in the room between sessions.
Bring in camera feeds, use our Adobe and AVID plugins, NDI or send your room's output to outbound destinations.
Record the full mixed room view, or each participant's feed separately with ISO recording.

## **Coresee Events**
Coresee Events is where you set up and run a broadcast to a large remote audience.
Every event moves through four stages, and each stage is configured and previewed from a single admin console, the Configuration Page.
A branded landing screen displayed before the event opens. Set the title, upload a graphic or video background, and build anticipation.
The waiting room before the broadcast begins. Collect attendee names and email addresses at entry, building your contact list automatically before the show starts. Attendees see a fully branded screen while they wait.
Show time, in your colors. Your logo, your colors, your player, with sub-second latency, moderated chat and host controls in one panel.
The event ends. The data doesn't. A branded closing screen, plus a downloadable report with names, emails, join and leave times, and full chat history.
