# Presenting Files in a Room

As the host or co-host, you can present content from the Files tab directly to all participants in the room. Presenting is only available during an active session.

## **Present by drag-and-drop**

  <Step title="Open the Files tab and locate the file you want to present" />

  <Step title="Click and hold the file, then drag it into the room view, over the participant area." />

  <Step title="Release the file and confirm with Let's Go.">
    Once confirmed, the file is presented to all participants immediately

## <br />Present from the Menu

Right-click any file in the browser and select **Present** to present it without dragging.
