# Downloading & Deleting Files

Download files to your device, or remove files you no longer need from the room.

## **Downloading files**

Right-click a file's thumbnail to open the context menu, then select **Download**.

## **Deleting files**

Right-click a file's thumbnail to open the context menu, then select **Delete**. A confirmation prompt appears before anything is removed.

  **Deletion is permanent.** Once a file is deleted from the room it cannot be recovered. Download anything you need to keep before deleting.
